In Store Refunds and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our store, you may return the unused/unworn product to any of our Boardom locations within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund (on full priced items), and within 30 days for a store credit/exchange.

If you purchased the incorrect size (on full price items), you may return the unused product to any location and request a replacement size or item.

The returned items MUST be unused, in the original, undamaged packaging and have the tags still attached in order for us to process any returns/exchanges.

We must be able to see that the product was purchased from Boardom to process any returns/exchanges so please bring the receipt or the phone number used to purchase the item and we would be happy to assist you!

To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

Clearance and Sale items are final sale.

Online Refunds and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product to any of our Boardom locations or online within 7 days of the received date for a full refund (on full priced items), and within 30 days for a store credit/exchange.

Refunds may take up to 48hrs to be processed By Shopify. Please reach out to us if the refund appears to be taking longer than expected and we'll contact Shopify's support team.

Order cancelations requested by the customer will result in a mandatory 6% deduction of total order value due to transation and processing fees

Route protection insurance purchased with orders are NON-REFUNDABLE due to it being a third party platform. 

ALL sale items are final sale. No refunds will be issued on these orders but exchange options are available so long as the customer covers all shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order.

Without an RA, Boardom cannot accept your returned product and it will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Once you send the product in the mail please e-mail us with the tracking number. If we do not receive a tracking number from you within 1 week your RA will be void and we will be unable to accept any returns/exchanges from that order.

ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE WRAPPED/BOXED OR REFUND WILL BE FORFEIT. You wouldn't want your products to come with writing on/damaged packaging so please hold the same standards for your returns/exchanges.

With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, Boardom does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges.

In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by the Boardom. All sale items are final sale.
