Shipping Policy.

NOTICE: Due to covid 19, be prepared for longer than expected shipping timelines. Our team will do it's best to get as many orders out as fast as possible. We ship all our orders through Canada Post and are not responsible for shipping delays.

Our customer representative team of 2 or 3 processes orders Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm MST and are stoked to chat about boardin' or give you a hand with any questions or concerns you may have!

 

Excluded Free Shipping

Highly discounted products identified as CLEARANCE ITEMS and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for FREE SHIPPING.

$25 shipping for all clearance snowboards. 

$25 shipping for all clearance boots and bindings.

Some oversized items like boardbags or travel bags are not eligible for FREE SHIPPING and will be charged a $10 overweight fee.

Other forms of payment:

  • PayPal (required for most international orders)

Sorry, but we do not accept the following online:

  • CODs
  • Cheque
  • Cash Payments
  • E-Transfers

Please note:

  • In the case we are sold out of an item you will be reimbursed the total of that item if money was captured.
  • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Order Status

The status of your order is supplied by Boardom.net

It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our Online Store. To find the status of your order:

  • Check your email - We send you regular emails regarding the status of your order.
  • Visit your Order Status page 
  • Contact us - If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via email.

Please note:

Our team of 2 or 3 processes orders Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MST so if you make an order on the weekend it won’t get shipped until the following week.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

Orders made from www.Boardom.net will ship within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed. Usually it will ship between 1-2 business days from when the order was placed unless it is coming from our Lloydminster location. If a product is coming from our Lloydminster location, it will take some extra time for your order to be sent out for shipping and will potentially take up to 2 day for us to process your order and send it out for shipping.

Generally you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) MST and the product must be available in Edmonton or your order may not be processed until the following business day. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.) If your product(s) are coming from out of town you will be contacted and we will do our best to get them to you asap. Shipping charges may not be applied in these cases.

During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s).

IN STORE PICK-UP

We offer in store pickup free of charge with any order at any of our 2 locations. You may choose the In Store Pickup option as a shipping option when you are checking out. Orders with In Store Pickup chosen as a shipping method will arrive within 1-5 business days depending on which store the products originate from. You may always see how long your product will take to arrive in store by contacting us via email.

Domestic Shipping - Within Canada!

Orders made on www.Boardom.net will ship within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed.

WE SHIP TO PO BOXES! Orders made that are shipped to P.O. Boxes will be shipped with Canada Post. Because there is no signature option available for deliveries to a P.O. Box, Boardom cannot take responsibility for delivery.

Domestic orders over $150 will apply for Free Shipping in Alberta ONLY.

These are shipped with Canada Post and usually take 1-10 business days once the order has shipped.

If you need faster shipping you may select this option while checking out at an additional fee as per shipping carrier.

Domestic orders under $150 will be charged a shipping rate based on package size, weight, and distance as per our rates from Canada Post. Customers will be shown rates prior to check out and given option to choose their shipping carrier and price. Customers may choose in store pickup for a shipping method and pick the items up in a Boardom location closest to them free of charge.

Shipping price seems way too high? Our shipping calculators base our rates off of the published rates so sometimes they can be a bit off. Give us a  e-mail with your shipping address and we would love to give you a quote!

You will be e-mailed your tracking number and estimated delivery time when your order ships.

Please Note:

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST, excluding statutory holidays within Canada and Alberta as our shipping providers do not pick up those days.
  • Our stock for orders are pulled from our stores in Alberta. If your items are not available at our Edmonton location it may take us a few days to process your order.
  • Orders can be shipped to Canadian P.O. Boxes but delivery verification is unavailable to these addresses.

International Shipping - Outside of Canada!

International orders made on Boardom.net will ship within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed.

The customer is responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees. All orders shipping outside of Canada are subject to customs and or duties charges which are implemented by the Government and have nothing to do with us! Sorry but we are unable to waive these fees as we do not set them.

In the event that the Customs and Brokerage Fees are NOT paid for by the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.

Shipping costs for items shipped outside North America are estimated at checkout and may require additional shipping fees depending on the shipping address.

Any package shipped Internationally that is unable to be delivered, unless by shipper's error, the package will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.

Please Note:

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST, excluding statutory holidays within Canada and Alberta as our shipping providers do not pick up those days.
  • Our stock for orders are pulled from our stores in Alberta. If your items are not available at our Edmonton location it may take us a few days to process your order. 
  • The customs processing time frame is not included in the shipping timeline estimate.
  • If your order costs more to ship than our estimate you will be contacted and given the option to pay more for shipping or cancel your order in cases where the estimate is extremely off.
  • In the event that the Customs and Brokerage Fees are NOT paid for by the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.

Oversize Delivery Surcharges

  • Certain items are oversize or overweight and incur additional shipping charges.
  • You will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives and notified of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed.

Tracking Numbers

A Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

To track your package, please visit FedEx, or Canada Post and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you.

Once your order is shipped FedEx, or Canada Post will do everything they can to deliver it to you on time.

In the event of a delayed delivery, you may contact FedEx directly at 1-(800)-463-3339 Canada Post directly at 1-866-607-6301 and we will work with you and the shipping company to expedite the delivery of your package.

Refused Shipments/ Incorrect Shipping Address

All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking fee.

If you have given us the incorrect shipping address please contact us ASAP by email or store number during store hours.

If the order is returned to Boardom due to incorrect shipping address the customer will be responsible for paying both the shipping cost of the package back to Boardom.net and the shipping cost to re-ship the package.

We understand this is an inconvenience for everyone so please make sure the shipping information is correct!

Boardom is not responsible for any lost/stolen items sent through Canada Post or any other shipping company used to fulfil your online order.
